Tanggal 29 Mei 2011 saya membeli di dinodirect.com sebuah Diyomate X8 HD 1080P HDMI HDD Digital Network Media Player with Wifi seharga U$ 101.69 dan pengiriman melalui DHL dengan biaya U$ 10.12. saya membayar melalui paypai.,
Menurut Dinodirect, butuh waktu untuk preparing time sekitar 2-3 hari dan waktu pengiriman sekitar 3-7 hari, tapi sampai sekarang 29 Juni 2011, sudah 1 bulan barang saya belum sampai, saya menghubungi dinodirect lewat live chat dengan susah payah karena live chat sering sekali busy status alias tidak ada yang menghandle. akhirnya setelah menunggu lebih dari 30 menit seorang di live chat yg bernama "Otta" menghandle live chat dan menurut dia barang sudah dikirim, dia memberi saya tracking number , tapi ketika saya cek tracking number di websitenya DHL tidak ada.,lalu saya menanyakan kenapa tracking numbernya tidak valid? lalu otta menutup live chat tersebut tanpa berkata apa apa lagi kepada saya. Dinodirect adalah "SCAM SITE" (website palsu)
Kualitas customer service di Dinodirect sangat jelek, tidak ada nomor telpon yang jelas untuk dihubungi, menulis posting di dinodirect forum tidak dibalas, menulis email ke fastsupport@dinodirect.com tidak dibalas, menulis surat ke open case for customer di dinodirect tidak dibalas juga.
Harap Hati Hati berbelanja apapun di Dinodirect yang menawarkan harga murah dan free worldwide shipping (padahal harus bayar ongkos kirim, Dinodirect omong kosong) dan hati hati yang terparah adalah mereka mengambil uang kita tapi tidak mengirimkan barang yg kita pesan, WEBSITE PALSU,DINODIRECT PENIPU"

bulan maret lalu gua juga beli 3 Mode 1500 Lumens LED Flashlight dari dinodirect.com gan seharga U$ 61 an gan dan sama kaya agan dipaketin lewat DHL juga, gua bayar DHL nya U$ 12 gan tapi stelah status order gua berubah dari order approved ke packaging, status shipping method gua juga ikut berubah ga dari DHL menjadi EMS gan, padahal kan gua bayarnya DHL gan, tapi kok dikasih yang lebih murah yaitu EMS gan, dan parahnya lagi gan ampe sekarang orderan gua juga gak nyampe gan.
customer service nya malah ga ada yang merespon sama sekali gan, Dinodirect udah ga peduli lagi gan ma orderan gua , kalo uang udah masuk terus ada masalah , mereka ydah gak mau tau lagi gan.
mengejutkannya lagi gan, ternyata banyak customer dari luar negeri yang sudah tertipu gan sama Dinodirect
banyak yang bilang tidak bisa request for RMA gan, kalo barang kiriman rusak gan tidak bisa minta ganti , ngubah shipping methodnya tanpa persetujuan kita, dan banyak yg belum menerima barangnya gan padahal sudah bayar dan Customer servicenya payah banget gan, banyak banget gan yang udah kapok belanja di dinodirect.com gan.
